Beyond Borders Talent is looking for an ambitious Philippines-based outbound sales professional to find Australian clients through entirely cold prospecting. You will source your own leads, initiate contact and book qualified sales appointments, earning commission on the paying placements that result. No warm leads or existing pipeline are provided.
You bring the initiative, confidence and persistence. We handle the sales calls, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing client support.
Every client you introduce can lead to multiple placements. Every placement earns you commission.
About Beyond Borders Talent
Beyond Borders Talent helps Australian businesses grow their teams with skilled remote professionals based in the Philippines. We manage recruitment, onboarding, payments and ongoing support, allowing clients to focus on running their businesses.
Clients choose from three monthly packages based on the experience and capability they need:
Essential: AUD $2,000 per month, per professional.
Professional: AUD $2,500 per month, per professional.
Elite: AUD $3,000 per month, per professional.
A placement is one professional engaged by a client. A client might start with one and grow to three, five or more. You earn commission on every eligible placement with the clients you introduce, including future additions to their teams.
The role
Your focus is finding prospects, starting conversations and booking qualified appointments with Australian business owners and decision-makers.
You will:
Source prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and networking.
Identify businesses with a genuine need for remote staff.
Qualify their staffing requirements, budget and timing.
Book qualified sales appointments for Beyond Borders Talent.
Follow up consistently and maintain accurate prospect records.
Identify opportunities to grow the accounts you introduce.
You build your pipeline using your own prospecting tools and methods, with the freedom to develop an approach that delivers results.
Your target: 30 new paying clients a year. Your opportunity: every placement those clients bring. No commission cap.
What you earn
12.5% of the monthly placement fee for the first three months.
6.25% of the monthly placement fee for the following nine months.
Plus approximately ₱1,121 per placement, per month in trailing commission from day one. This continues for as long as the placement remains active and paying with Beyond Borders Talent and you remain contracted with us. No expiry date.
For example, introduce a client who engages three professionals on the Professional package, and you earn approximately:
₱45,390 per month for the first three months, including trailing commission.
₱24,376 per month for the following nine months, including trailing commission.
The ₱3,362 monthly trail continues after the percentage commissions finish, while the conditions above remain met.
That is one client. Build more relationships, secure more placements and grow your recurring income.
Booked appointments must convert into paying placements to generate commission.
PHP illustrations use an exchange rate of ₱44.83 per AUD. The monthly trail is AUD $25 per placement. Actual peso equivalents vary with exchange rates; payment and conversion terms will be specified in the contractor agreement.

You bring:
Strong spoken and written English.
Confidence engaging Australian decision-makers.
Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, recruitment or B2B business development, or clear evidence you can sell.
The initiative to find opportunities without waiting for leads.
Your own computer, reliable internet, headset and prospecting tools.
Availability to contact prospects during Australian business hours.

The arrangement
This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity offered as an independent contractor engagement for a Philippines-based sales professional.
You operate independently, provide your own equipment and prospecting tools, and manage your applicable local business, registration and tax obligations. An Australian ABN or ACN is not required for this opportunity.
There is no base salary or guaranteed income. The engagement, payment arrangements and commission terms will be documented in a written contractor agreement.
