We're looking for mechanical engineering experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems — from fluid dynamics and thermodynamics to structural mechanics and mechatronics.

What You'll Do
Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced mechanical engineering problems across domains like FEA (Finite Element Analysis), heat transfer, kinematics, fluid mechanics, and material science to rigorously stress-test AI performance
Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions and benchmark responses that AI models learn from and are evaluated against
Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated outputs including CAD logic, thermodynamic proofs, and material specifications for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards (e.g., ASME, ISO)
Identify & Correct Failures — Pinpoint logical errors in AI reasoning — such as incorrect force distributions, energy conservation violations, or invalid boundary conditions — and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field
Strong foundational knowledge across core areas such as solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing processes
Able to communicate highly technical concepts and complex physical phenomena clearly and concisely in writing
High attention to detail when checking mathematical derivations, unit conversions, and physical system constraints
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Proficiency in engineering software such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, or ANSYS
Familiarity with AI or language model evaluation workflows
