Biology Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)

We're looking for biology experts to help train and improve some of the world's most advanced AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex biological problems — from cellular mechanisms to molecular biology and beyond.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Design challenging biology problems and questions to rigorously test AI performance
Develop clear, well-reasoned, step-by-step solutions across advanced biology topics
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical soundness, and quality of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level content
Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models handle scientific reasoning
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong command of advanced biology concepts and scientific reasoning
Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
Familiarity with how large language models work
Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., genetics, microbiology, physiology)
