About The Role

We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and deliver with clarity
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver expressive, clear, and engaging voice performances consistently
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in broadcast, commercial, or character voice work
Familiarity with audio editing software or recording workflows
Knowledge of regional Italian accents or dialectal variation
Background in linguistics, phonetics, or language education
