Sr. Principal Backend Engineer

We are looking for a high-impact Principal/Senior Principal Backend Engineer who can architect and build scalable backend systems powering enterprise-grade platforms. You will lead the design and development of high-performance distributed systems, work closely with product and platform teams, and drive engineering excellence across architecture, scalability, and reliability. This role requires deep expertise in C#/. NET backend development, strong database fundamentals, and experience building cloud-native systems at scale.
Responsibilities:
Architect and build scalable backend services and APIs using C#/. NET.
Design high-performance distributed systems and enterprise-grade backend architectures.
Build and optimize data-intensive applications using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Definite technical standards, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver scalable features.
Mentor engineers and elevate code quality, design standards, and system reliability.
Identify performance bottlenecks and drive system scalability and optimization.
Requirements:
Experience: 9+ years.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized environments.
Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms.
Exposure to real-time systems or event-driven architectures.
