Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives across Swimlane's core platform, marketplace ecosystem, and automation offerings. This role requires a strong product thinker who can work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Security, GTM, and Customer teams to deliver impactful enterprise-grade products.
You will own product strategy, roadmap execution, customer discovery, and feature delivery while helping shape the future of AI-driven security automation platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep product management fundamentals with strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive product strategy and roadmap execution aligned with Swimlane's platform vision and business goals.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and deliver high-impact product capabilities.
Gather customer insights, validate problems, and translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization to launch and adoption.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Analyze customer behavior, usage metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making.
Work with GTM teams on product positioning, enablement materials, release communication, and customer-facing documentation.
Help evolve product management processes, frameworks, and best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
Strong experience managing complex technical products/platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, workflows, or platform capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Startup mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Good to Have:
Exposure to Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOAR, SecOps, or automation platforms.
Experience with workflow automation, integration ecosystems, marketplaces, or composable platforms.
Exposure to AI/Agentic AI-powered products is a strong plus.
Experience working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.
