About The Role
We're looking for Masters-level biology professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex biological concepts — from cell biology to molecular genetics and beyond.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your advanced biology knowledge becomes the foundation for smarter, more accurate AI systems. No AI background required — your science is what matters.

What You'll Do
Design challenging, graduate-level biology problems to rigorously test AI performance
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, logical soundness, and depth of understanding
Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
Help identify gaps in AI reasoning across domains like biochemistry, genetics, physiology, and biotechnology
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
Detail-oriented with the ability to provide structured, constructive feedback
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, scientific writing, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with topics spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., molecular biology, ecology, neuroscience)
Background in research, lab work, or academic publishing
