The Company
Our client is building long-horizon AI agents and an agent-driven distribution platform, starting with relationship-native e-commerce. Its goal is to help people make better decisions by learning individual preferences, context and outcomes over time—then connecting genuine needs with the right products and services. The company recently completed a seed round of nearly US$10 million and is preparing for launch in the United States, with North America as its first priority before Southeast Asia and South America. This is a small founding-stage team where new hires can shape the core product and technical foundations.
The Role
Turn agent capabilities into working products.
LittleA is looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer to turn research and agent capabilities into everyday experiences people can use and trust. You will move from an ambiguous idea to an end-to-end product journey, owning the engineering across interfaces, services, data and integrations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build end-to-end product journeys across TypeScript, Python, frontend, backend and data, connecting conversation, context, recommendations and actions.
Create APIs, SDKs and interfaces that let a small team build, run, inspect and improve agent workflows.
Develop browser, GUI and service integrations with clear permissions, useful feedback and graceful recovery when things fail.
Work closely with research and infrastructure engineers to translate new capabilities into reliable user experiences.
Use real product feedback to improve both the technical design and how the agent feels to use.
Must have
Strong full-stack engineering skills across TypeScript and Python.
Experience shipping products end to end, from early prototype through production use.
Strong product judgement and comfort moving between user interfaces, backend services, APIs and data.
Ability to make clear technical decisions when requirements are ambiguous.
Examples of products or systems you personally helped ship.
Good to have
Comfort working in a small, fast-moving startup where the problem and solution evolve together.
Excellent English communication; English is essential for the role.
Interest in consumer AI, e-commerce, personalisation and long-horizon agent behaviour.
Experience with AI agents, LLM applications, browser automation, workflow products, developer platforms or SDKs.
Good instincts around permissions, human feedback, observability and failure recovery in agentic systems.
HOW WE WORK
The role starts remote and may be based in the United States or Singapore.
