You'll work with realistic, production-grade security scenarios to help AI learn how to think like a seasoned AppSec engineer: identifying real vulnerabilities, assessing exploitability, and reasoning through remediation strategies.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Analyze real-world application security scenarios across code, APIs, and system behavior
Classify and assess vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, and business logic issues
Evaluate secure coding practices and critique remediation approaches
Build and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI to accurately assess application risk
Help AI systems distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical risk
Who You Are
2+ years of hands-on experience in application, product, or software security
Solid familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common production vulnerabilities
Strong instinct for separating real-world risk from theoretical noise
Clear, structured written communication — you can explain complex security reasoning simply
Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously
Nice to Have
Experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, or secure code review
Background in bug bounty programs or vulnerability disclosure
Familiarity with AI or data annotation workflows
