ESG - Sustainability Senior Consultant

⛘ Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ESG - Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and initiatives, ensuring their business operations align with sustainable and ethical practices. This role requires a deep understanding of sustainability challenges and opportunities within various industries, along with the ability to develop and implement effective ESG strategies.
⛘ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies and sustainability programs for clients.
- Conduct ESG assessments and audits to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, industry standards, and best practices in ESG.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve sustainability goals, including carbon footprint reduction, resource efficiency, and social responsibility.
- Analyze and interpret ESG data to create insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
- Lead client engagements and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct training and workshops to educate clients on ESG principles and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and technologies in ESG and sustainability.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, such as white papers, articles, and case studies.
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
⛘ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ESG projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
