Trainee Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Trainee Consultant, you'll receive hands-on training while working on live executive search projects.
Talent Research & Candidate Sourcing:
Research companies and industries to identify key talent.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, internal databases, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Support consultants in sourcing and engaging high-caliber professionals.
Market Research & Client Support
Learn how executive search projects are managed.
Understand client hiring requirements and organizational structures.
Prepare candidate reports, talent mapping, and market research.
Assist with recruitment projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
Recruitment Coordination
Update recruitment databases and internal systems.
Coordinate interviews and collect candidate feedback.
Support consultants throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
Base Salary: RM 3,000 per month
Performance-based commission and annual bonus
Quarterly company-sponsored training visits to Shanghai (flight and accommodation provided)
