Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation and implementation of the company’s global strategic plan in alignment with corporate goals and vision.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships to drive sustainable global growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable business initiatives.
Oversee cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring effective coordination across regions and departments.
Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that align with company objectives.
Establish strategic performance metrics and monitor progress toward key business outcomes.
Partner with finance, operations, and marketing teams to optimize global resource allocation and capital investment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or executive-level strategic planning.
Proven success in developing and executing large-scale global strategies across diverse markets.
Strong financial acumen and experience in M&A, business modeling, and strategic analysis.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of international business environments and regulatory landscapes.
Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions at the executive and board level.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
