Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Foreign Language Teacher at Bertliz. The teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons, adapting content to different proficiency levels and learning styles. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting live virtual classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum improvements, and participating in training or professional development activities. The teacher will use digital tools and platforms to facilitate interactive learning and support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency and experience in Spanish Teaching and French Teaching.
Strong Teaching skills, with the ability to manage remote classes and support diverse learners.
Effective Lesson Planning skills, including structuring curriculum and preparing instructional materials.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instruction and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
Relevant teaching certifications or language proficiency credentials (such as DELE, DELF, or equivalent) are beneficial.
