Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Marketing Officer role based in Ranchi. The Senior Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing initiatives to support business growth, including developing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and managing brand visibility across channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and translating insights into actionable strategies. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams to generate leads, support conversions, and track performance metrics. Daily tasks also include overseeing social media marketing efforts, preparing marketing reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Sales skills to plan campaigns, support revenue growth, and collaborate with business development teams.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.

Relevant experience in financial services or related industries is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or digital marketing are an advantage.
