负责测试硬件与 toolkit 设计
CP/FT 测试向量, 测试程序的开发与调试, 并导入生产
Char 数据的收集与分析 输出特征化测试报 告
对量产数据进行分析, 提供测试覆盖率，优 化测试程序, 提高良率, 减少测试时间
现场或远程 on-line 支持测试厂 ATE 调试, 迅速解决生产中的问题
支持产品的可靠性与质量测试 岗位要求： 1. 要熟悉 93K 平台，具备 VB/C++开发经验,能独立开发 ATE 测试程序
2 年以上量产测试经验，具备良好的 RF SOC 测试基础. 理 解数字，模拟，射频测试理论
熟悉 PCB 电路图与 layout 设计，以及相关 EDA 软件的使 用
熟悉使用基本测量仪器, 如万用表, 示波器, 频谱仪等
严谨，务实的工作态度，工作主动, 能够按时独立完成项目 任务
需要异地出差
具备较流利的英语沟通交流能力
具备良好的人际关系
