Senior Workday Reporting Analyst – Freelance
Duration: 6+ Months | Engagement: Freelance/Contract
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting to develop and optimize HR reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams to translate business requirements into accurate, actionable reporting solutions.
Key Skills:
3–7 years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience
Advanced, Matrix & Composite Reports
Workday Dashboards and Analytics
Workday Prism Analytics and BIRT
HR data analysis, compliance, compensation & workforce reporting
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) is a plus
Workday certification preferred
Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage complex reporting requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
