This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In charge of the engineering standardization team, responsible for technical management, BOM optimization, project delivery and team performance improvement.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead the team to cooperate with TC, manage overall technical documents and review the drawings / specifications.
Take charge of new product BOM creation & review; continuously optimize BOM and expand product functions per market and engineering requirements.
Manage standardization of electrical & mechanical design, unify design specifications and improve design consistency.
Lead compilation, revision, implementation and iteration of standardization and process documents.
Organize technical problem analysis, rectification and closed-loop management; coordinate production issues and provide technical support.
Cooperate with cross- team to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
Manage electrical and mechanical engineer team, establish training mechanism, and comprehensively improve team design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Good command of power system knowledge and MV switchgear technology on manufacture process, standards and application. Be familiar with SAP, MS word and Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks or Eplan etc.
Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
10 years of product management or engineering experience for switchgear.
Good communication skill.
Highly responsible, self-motivated and Willing to take on additional tasks.
A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit.
Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work.
