Job Summary:
As a core member of the UPL China Supply Chain team, you will act as a vital bridge between the front-line sales team and back-office functions such as Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. This role focuses on comprehensive sales operations support and end-to-end customer service. Through efficient order management, precise data analysis, strict expense control, and continuous process optimization, you will empower the sales team and ensure that UPL China's sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.
1. End-to-End Order & Contract Management
Order Fulfillment: Accurately enter and track daily sales orders in the system. Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics departments to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
Compliance & Risk Control: Review sales contracts strictly and work closely with the Finance to monitor account receivables (AR) and payment collections, mitigating business risks.
Pricing Maintenance: Manage and maintain the sales pricing system in the database, ensuring the accuracy of price execution.
2. Expense & Budget Control
Expense Auditing: Process, coordinate, and audit sales promotion expenses and various customer rebates, ensuring all applications strictly comply with corporate financial policies and guidelines.
Budget Management: Track and manage the sales team's travel budget and others related expenses and ensure them within budget.
3. Sales Forecasting & Data Analysis
Forecast Management: Coordinate with the sales team on a monthly basis to collect, consolidate, and review sales forecasts. Submit precise forecasts to the Supply Chain Planner and conduct professional variance analysis.
Data Reporting & Dashboards: Consolidate daily sales data and regularly generate sales reports based on the needs from Sales Directors. Provide data-driven insights to support sales management in decision-making.
4. Process Updates& Optimization
Operational Excellence: Identify operational pain points in daily routines, and support line manager to optimize and develop sales operation processes.
Policy Communication & Training: Keep the sales team updated on the latest company policies and procedures. Organize and conduct regular internal operational training to enhance cross-functional collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Order Management.
Professional Skills:
Highly proficient in the SAP system and related modules.
Excellent data analysis skills with strong sensitivity to numbers, pricing, and business logic. Proficient in MS Excel and other data processing tools.
Comprehensive Competencies:
Outstanding communication, expression, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to proactively build strong partnerships with sales and internal backend teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable to changes, and highly resilient. Capable of handling multitasking and ad-hoc urgent requests under pressure while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Language Skills: Good command of written English is required; fluent spoken English is highly preferred.
