Design Engineer

Role Description The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing conveying system components and layouts that meet performance, safety, and cost requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating CAD models and drawings, collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, and supporting product design improvements based on project specifications and client feedback. The role also involves reviewing technical documents, coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams, and assisting in problem-solving during commissioning and maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering for industrial or material handling systems.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drawings and 3D modeling of mechanical components and assemblies.
Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to conveying systems and automated equipment.
Experience with Product Design, including concept development, prototyping, and design optimization for manufacturability and reliability.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and engineering documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams on-site.
Experience in intralogistics, conveying systems, or industrial automation is an advantage.
