Diagnostic Radiologist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diagnostic Radiologist role based in Indore. The Diagnostic Radiologist will interpret a wide range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography, and provide clear, concise reports to referring physicians. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, selecting appropriate imaging protocols, correlating imaging findings with clinical information, and discussing critical or unexpected results with clinicians. The role also involves participating in multidisciplinary discussions, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and supporting tele-radiology services as needed. The radiologist will contribute to workflow efficiency, mentor junior staff where applicable, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic and interventional radiology practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine with appropriate medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed radiology residency or equivalent training.
Proficiency in Radiology and Medical Imaging, including interpretation of X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and related modalities.
Experience or training in Mammography, including breast imaging interpretation and familiarity with screening and diagnostic protocols.
Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine principles and applications is preferred, including understanding of common nuclear imaging procedures.
Valid medical license and board certification/eligibility in Radiology as per local regulatory requirements.
Ability to deliver accurate, timely reports, with strong attention to detail and clinical correlation.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with clinicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and adherence to radiation safety and quality standards.
Comfort with digital imaging systems (PACS), radiology information systems, and tele-radiology workflows.
