Company Description SNH Innovation LLP is dedicated to advancing cancer care by developing nanoparticulate-based Antibody Drug Conjugates (NADCs) as innovative immunotherapies. The company’s platform focuses on monoclonal antibody–guided delivery of cytotoxic drugs directly to tumor cells, aiming to minimize impact on healthy tissue. This targeted approach is designed to enhance the therapeutic index of cytotoxic payloads compared with conventional dosage forms. Role Description The Associate Founder will play a key role in shaping scientific, operational, and strategic initiatives for SNH Innovation LLP in Vadodara. This full-time, on-site role involves contributing to research and development of NADCs, collaborating with scientific teams on experimental design, and supporting the translation of laboratory findings into scalable technologies. The position includes involvement in project planning, resource coordination, and documentation of research activities and results. The Associate Founder will also participate in partnership discussions, grant or funding proposals, and internal process improvements to support the company’s mission of innovating cancer therapies.
Qualifications
Strong background in biotechnology, pharmacology, oncology, nanotechnology, or a related life sciences field, with knowledge of antibody drug conjugates and immunotherapies.
Experience in laboratory research, including experimental design, data analysis, and documentation of results in a regulated or quality-focused environment.
Ability to contribute to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing scientific organization.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for scientific reporting, presentations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant scientific discipline is highly preferred; equivalent experience in oncology R&D or drug development will be considered.
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to advancing innovative cancer therapies in an on-site team environment in Vadodara.
