Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and growth initiatives for Aiinak’s AI-powered productivity platform in a contract, remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and supporting digital campaigns across social media and other channels. The intern will communicate with prospective users, respond to inquiries, and help maintain positive relationships through basic customer service activities. Additional tasks may include preparing sales materials, updating CRM records, supporting product demos or training sessions, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team on promotional strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, such as professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness to user needs.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up, understanding of basic sales processes, and relationship-building.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as assisting with demos, onboarding materials, and organizing sales activities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
Comfort with technology and interest in AI or productivity tools is preferred.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
