Global Vice President

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Global Vice President. The Global Vice President will provide strategic leadership across international markets, shaping the company’s vision for management systems consultancy and training services. Responsibilities include overseeing global operations, setting performance targets, and aligning regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes. The role involves building and maintaining executive-level client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and guiding the development of new service offerings. The Global Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage senior leaders, optimize processes, and ensure that organizational values of engagement, enablement, and empowerment are reflected in all business activities.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience leading global or multi-regional teams.
Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and growth in professional services or consulting environments.
Experience with management systems, continuous improvement, or operational excellence frameworks (e.g., PDCA, quality management standards).
Proficiency in stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship-building with senior clients and partners.
Ability to drive change, develop scalable processes, and implement performance metrics across diverse markets.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
Prior experience in a senior leadership role with global responsibility, ideally within consultancy, training, or transformation services.
Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-direction, and digital collaboration capabilities.
