The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and managing the organization’s social media presence across all platforms. This role creates professional, engaging content that reflects the mission and values of Changes Wellness, promotes treatment services, supports community outreach, and strengthens brand awareness.
Responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, photographing and filming approved facility and staff content, managing comments and messages, monitoring engagement, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and tracking performance. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with leadership and staff while ensuring all content complies with HIPAA, confidentiality requirements, ethical standards, and company policies. No client information, images, testimonials, or identifying details may be shared without appropriate written authorization and leadership approval.
The ideal candidate has experience managing professional social media accounts, strong writing and content creation skills, knowledge of major social platforms, excellent judgment, and the ability to communicate behavioral health and recovery topics respectfully and accurately.
