Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Meta Ads Expert. The Meta Ads Expert will plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related placements), including audience research, ad setup, budget management, and performance optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign strategies aligned with client goals, crafting and testing ad creatives and copy, monitoring key metrics, and adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives to improve ROI. The person in this role will collaborate closely with creative and social media teams to ensure brand consistency, prepare regular performance reports, and make data-backed recommendations. The Meta Ads Expert will also stay current with Meta advertising best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and budget optimization.
Experience in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, and social media advertising across Facebook and Instagram.
Skills in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, visual assets, and A/B testing for ongoing optimization.
Familiarity with pixel implementation, event tracking, and integration with analytics or CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly.
Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns for brands or agencies; portfolio or case studies are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of broader paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is an advantage but not required.
