Product Manager

AfterQuery is seeking experienced Product Managers to create and evaluate product-management reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic product scenarios — prioritization calls, spec reviews, stakeholder trade-offs — that test an AI model’s ability to reason like a strong PM, and grade model responses against real product judgment.

Responsibilities
Develop product cases, PRD critiques, and prioritization exercises that challenge AI models on realistic product decisions
Evaluate and score model responses, providing detailed feedback on product sense, rigor, and communication
Collaborate with a team of product and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage across product domains
Required Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience at a software company
Track record of shipping products and writing crisp product documents (PRDs, strategy memos, launch reviews)
Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across multiple product surfaces (consumer, B2B, platform, growth)
Prior experience mentoring PMs or reviewing product work
Familiarity with AI/ML products is a plus
