AfterQuery is seeking Investment Banking and Private Equity professionals to create and evaluate deal-analysis challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will build realistic valuation, LBO, and due-diligence scenarios that test an AI model’s ability to reason through transactions the way a strong analyst would.

Responsibilities
Develop valuation exercises, LBO cases, and diligence checklists that challenge AI models on realistic deal work
Evaluate and score model responses for financial accuracy, judgment, and clarity
Collaborate with finance and technical experts to calibrate difficulty across deal types
Required Qualifications
Experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, LBO)
Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Deal sheet spanning multiple sectors or transaction types
CFA or comparable credential
Familiarity with AI tools in financial analysis is a plus
