Contract Manager

AfterQuery is seeking experienced Contract Managers and Negotiators to help train and evaluate AI systems on real-world contracting work. This is a remote, project-based role: apply your hands-on expertise to review commercial agreements, assess negotiation strategy, and evaluate whether AI-generated contract language is accurate, complete, and commercially sound. Work is asynchronous and flexible.

Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and annotate contract-drafting and negotiation scenarios
Assess commercial terms, risk allocation, and negotiation judgment
Deliver clear, consistent, well-documented work independently
Required Qualifications
Professional experience as a contract manager, contract negotiator, or equivalent commercial-contracts role
Strong attention to detail and reliable commercial judgment
Clear written communication
