AfterQuery is seeking Real Estate professionals to create and evaluate real-estate reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic scenarios — deal underwriting, market analysis, lease questions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through real estate matters with practitioner-level judgment.

Responsibilities
Develop underwriting exercises, market analyses, and transaction scenarios that challenge AI models
Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy and sound judgment
Collaborate with real estate and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage
Required Qualifications
Professional experience in real estate analysis, brokerage, development, or investment
Working knowledge of underwriting and market fundamentals
Exceptional analytical and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across residential and commercial asset classes
License or designation (broker, CCIM, CFA) is a plus
Familiarity with real estate analytics tools is a plus
