Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to grow awareness and adoption of Insight Genesis – IGAi across its core verticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing digital campaigns, managing brand positioning, and overseeing content and messaging across web, social media, email, and partner channels. The person in this role will analyze campaign performance, optimize funnels, and collaborate with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Additional responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, coordinating external vendors or agencies when needed, and ensuring consistent, inclusive communication that resonates with diverse global audiences.

Experience in marketing strategy and planning, including market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market development.
Proficiency in digital marketing practices such as performance marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Skills in content and brand management, including campaign messaging, editorial oversight, and collaboration with designers and writers.
Ability to use analytics platforms and KPIs to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on data.
Experience working with or marketing technology, AI, SaaS, or data-driven platforms; familiarity with fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in remote, distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and budgets, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in global markets and with diverse audiences; experience in emerging or unbanked markets is advantageous.
