Nexwings Technologies is looking for an experienced and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join its team and contribute to the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of biogas plant mechanical systems.
🔹 Experience: 5+ Years
🔹 Education: B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering (Must)
🔹 Industry: Biogas / Renewable Energy / Industrial Plants
🔹 Role: Managerial
🔹 Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Mechanical design and engineering of digesters, gas holders, slurry handling systems & piping networks
• Equipment selection including pumps, compressors, blowers, valves & heat exchangers
• Installation, commissioning and site supervision
• Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Process optimization to improve plant efficiency and gas production
• Safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Supporting R&D and implementation of new technologies
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals
✅ Hands-on experience with industrial equipment
✅ Experience in biogas / renewable energy will be an advantage
✅ AutoCAD Mechanical / SolidWorks or similar software experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
✅ Good analytical and communication skills
✅ Strong commitment to safety and quality
⭐ Preferred: Experience with automation & control systems, FEA/CFD, renewable energy technologies, or PMP certification.
