Role & responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs, occasion, and budget.
- Guide them through gold, diamond, and silver collections, explaining purity, hallmarking, and pricing clearly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle exchange, buyback, and after-sales queries with honesty.
- Maintain attractive counter displays and follow store SOPs on jewellery safety.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in jewellery, retail, or lifestyle sales. Strong freshers with good communication may also apply.
- Education: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Skills: Confident communication in Odia and Hindi; basic English and computer knowledge preferred.
- Personality: Well-groomed, target-driven, honest, and customer-first, with the ability to build trust on high-value purchases.
- Bonus: Prior jewellery brand experience or a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Location: Based in or willing to work in Bhubaneswar or Cuttack.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
