Role Description This part-time Business Development Specialist role is a hybrid position based in India, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, support lead generation activities, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients in the wealth and asset management space. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing pitch materials and presentations, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The role will collaborate with advisory and operations teams to align client needs with SRH World’s service offerings, support client onboarding, and contribute to marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives. The specialist is expected to meet activity and growth targets while promoting SRH World’s values of transparency, risk-aware advice, and long-term client partnership.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial, market, and client data to support business development decisions.
Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
