Role Description The Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves supporting day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with monthly and quarterly closing activities, and maintaining accurate records in the accounting systems. The Finance Associate will help with financial reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliations, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely data collection and clear communication. Responsibilities also include supporting audit processes, complying with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements in finance workflows.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to apply financial concepts to business operations.
Hands-on experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling; familiarity with ERP or accounting software is beneficial.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
