Learning & Development ManagerRole Description
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, support organizational performance, and foster a culture of continuous development. The role will be responsible for identifying learning needs, developing effective training programs, and aligning talent development initiatives with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, developing annual learning plans, designing and delivering training programs, and coordinating internal and external learning resources. The role will work closely with department leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps, establish development priorities, and create learning solutions for different employee groups.
The Learning & Development Manager will also develop training materials, learning frameworks, competency models, and development programs; track learning participation and effectiveness; analyze training feedback and performance outcomes; and continuously improve learning strategies. The role requires strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, together with a genuine interest in people development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning, talent development, and organizational capability building.
Excellent training design, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to assess learning needs and translate business requirements into practical development programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and training outcomes.
Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to learning solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels.
