In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic HR scenarios — employee-relations cases, policy questions, talent decisions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through people matters with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Develop HR case studies, policy scenarios, and employee-relations exercises that challenge AI models
Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy, fairness, and practical judgment
Collaborate with HR and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage
Required Qualifications
Professional experience in human resources or people operations
Working knowledge of employment practices and HR policy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable certification
Experience across multiple HR functions (ER, comp, recruiting, L&D)
Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
