Role Description The Diploma Engineering Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Khed. The trainee will support manufacturing and mechanical engineering activities, including assisting in production line operations, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining basic process documentation. Daily tasks may include collecting and analyzing operational data, supporting quality checks, and coordinating with supervisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow. The trainee will participate in ongoing training programs, follow safety and compliance guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in problem-solving discussions will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, including understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and basic design or maintenance concepts.
Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment, follow safety procedures, and adapt to shift-based work if required.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn manufacturing software or systems.
Proactive attitude, readiness to learn, and capability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
