Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate interior fit-out projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings, preparing project plans, tracking progress, managing site activities, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring electrical and related services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client requirements, and resolving technical and site-related issues promptly. The Project Engineer will prepare reports, support material and resource planning, and participate in client meetings to provide status updates and technical inputs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with experience in managing interior fit-out or construction projects.
Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and resource management.
Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to building services, installations, and safety standards.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Relevant degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering field; prior experience in corporate interiors or construction is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, use basic project management tools, and work independently at site with strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards in construction projects; familiarity with local regulations is an advantage.
