We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spot Operations to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of our cryptocurrency spot trading business.
Core responsibilities
Spot Market Operations ; Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of spot trading markets. Monitor trading activity, order books, liquidity, spreads, trading volume, and market performance.
New Token / Trading Pair Listing ; Coordinate the operational process for listing new tokens and spot trading pairs. Work with Listing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technical teams throughout the listing process.
Monitor liquidity and market depth across key spot trading pairs.
Data Analysis & Reporting; Monitor key spot trading KPIs and prepare regular operational reports. Analyze trading volume, active traders, liquidity, spreads, market share, and trading-pair performance.
Monitor unusual trading patterns and potential market manipulation indicators.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in tech companies, crypto exchanges, fintech, financial services, trading platforms, or related industries.
Operational experience in exchanges, Web3, or crypto-finance, specifically in wealth management operations, user growth, new user deposit conversion, or asset management.
Possesses a mature mindset regarding growth funnels and asset management; skilled at analyzing business issues through the dual lenses of user conversion and asset accumulation. Capable of managing the entire lifecycle—from strategy formulation and execution to data review and iterative optimization—rather than being limited to basic execution tasks.
Deeply understands the concerns financial/wealth management users have regarding deposits and their needs for asset preservation and appreciation. Skilled at leveraging mechanism design, incentive programs, and asset-focused guidance to lower the barrier for deposit decisions and drive the conversion of idle user assets into wealth management products
