Windchill PLM

Required Experience:
- Expertise in Windchill Modules: PDMLink, PartsLink, QMS, ProjectLink, SUMA
- Must have customization experience in PDMLink, ProjectLink and QMS modules
- 4+ Years of experience working on implementing End-to-End Windchill projects.
- Must have completed 2-3 end-to-end implementations and data migrations.
Strong experience in Windchill Change management, Workflows, BOM Management.
- Experience in creating and building business solution assets.
- Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture to design and build complete solutions.
- Windchill Integration with other Enterprise systems such as BOOMI, S4, SAP, etc.
- Windchill Integration with CAD tools, Visualization tools, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies—JavaScript, JQuery, XML, JSPs, AJAX, SQL, etc.
- End-to-end design and development of customization requirements.
- Strong coding skills in Windchill Application Development and customization.
- Should have knowledge of build management, ant.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop a software development process including best-practice design, development, testing, and build/deploy patches.
- Assist project teams, and business teams to verify configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution.
Review PLM code/configurations, integration code/configurations, install scripts, build scripts, deployment scripts, custom utilities, cron JOBs, and other configurations developed/configured for Dev/QA/PROD environments.
- Provide industry standard best practices and align PLM (Windchill) Enterprise Architecture to PLM (Windchill) Roadmap defined for clients.
