Are you a finance and advisory professional who leverages modern Generative AI to scale your output and insights? Management and Governance Consulting (MaGC) is looking for a Consultant to join our Private Sector practice. In this role, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements, build sophisticated financial models, and deliver executive-level strategy decks—combining core corporate finance frameworks with modern Gen AI workflows.
What You Will Do
Execute Consulting Assignments: Support and drive private sector consulting projects from initial research and data gathering through to client-ready deliverables.
Perform Financial & Valuation Analysis: Execute core financial evaluations, ratio analysis, accounting reviews, and business quantitative modeling/valuation studies.
Develop Governance & Risk Frameworks: Assist in preparing risk-based internal manuals, ERM frameworks, and corporate policy guidelines.
Optimize Operations & Processes: Conduct diagnostic reviews and workflow assessments to deliver process excellence and operational efficiency.
Utilize Proprietary Tools: Leverage MaGC’s proprietary advisory tools and frameworks to maintain high delivery standards and structured problem-solving.
Craft Publication-Ready Deliverables: Author polished client reports, strategy decks, advisory notes, and executive summaries.
Engage Decision-Makers & Facilitate Workshops: Interact directly with client leadership to present findings, align on strategies, and deliver hands-on training/workshops.
Leverage Modern Productivity Tools: Master MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and integrate Generative AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate research and content drafting.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: ACCA, CISA, CA or an MBA in Finance (or equivalent post-graduate degree).
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or business advisory roles.
Technical & Financial Acumen: Strong foundation in core accounting principles, financial analysis, ratio analysis, and quantitative modeling.
Implementation Focus: An actionable problem-solving approach that turns analytical insights into practical solutions for real-world business challenges.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Good written skills for executive-level documentation and strong interpersonal abilities for seamless client interaction.
Tech-Savvy & Productivity Mindset: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with practical experience using Generative AI tools to scale efficiency and delivery quality.
Location: Willingness to work onsite at our Chennai office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
