We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Wealth Management division. Someone who thrives in competitive environments, targets, and sees challenges as opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
1. Identify and acquire HNI & UHNI clients
2. Drive AUM growth through consultative, relationship-led engagement
3. Develop and execute proactive market penetration strategies
4. Build and expand strategic referral networks
5. Identify, approach, and onboard Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to strengthen our distribution network
6. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor positioning
