At Shivaneel Hospitality, we’re looking for a Revenue Manager who doesn’t just analyse yesterday’s numbers—but uses them to make smarter decisions about tomorrow.
Someone who enjoys finding patterns.
Someone who questions assumptions.
Someone who can look at a property, understand its market, and identify where its revenue potential is being missed.
You’ll be working across our a growing portfolio of hotels, resorts, villas, boutique stays and nature retreats, with different destinations, different demand cycles and different guest profiles.
Your job?
Make every room, every date and every channel work harder.
You’ll collaborate closely with our core team Operations, Sales, Marketing and Property Teams, turning commercial data into practical actions.
We’re looking for someone who is:

✓ Strong with OTA ecosystems
✓ Confident with pricing and forecasting
✓ Comfortable challenging existing practices
