Air Ticketing Sales Executive (Amadeus International)

We are looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Sales Executive to join our growing travel team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS, expertise in PNR creation, and a strong understanding of the Australia airline ticketing process. You will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and update PNRs using Amadeus GDS.
Process domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications.
Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets accurately.
Quote fares and advise customers on airline policies, baggage rules, and fare conditions.
Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
Coordinate with airlines regarding seat availability, schedule changes, and special service requests.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate booking records and invoices.
Keep customers informed about flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
Skills Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing
Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS
Strong knowledge of PNR creation, fare quoting, ticket issuance, reissues, and cancellations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, or hospitality services.
Knowledge of airline fare rules, travel regulations, and visa requirements will be an advantage.
SALARY
From 15000 to 40000 + Handsome Incentive on sales.
