Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will work on designing, developing, and implementing AI models and systems to support academic, administrative, and research-related projects at S.S.V PG COLLEGE. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning and neural network models, performing pattern recognition tasks, and applying natural language processing techniques to real-world datasets. The engineer will collaborate with faculty, researchers, and technical staff to translate requirements into scalable software solutions, optimize algorithms, and document methods and results. Additional duties may involve supporting student projects, contributing to curriculum-related AI initiatives, and ensuring that AI solutions are reliable, secure, and maintainable. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hapur.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.
Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience training and evaluating machine learning models.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for text analysis and language modeling.
Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.
Ability to work collaboratively with academic and technical teams, and to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, model deployment, and version control tools (e.g., Git) is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated interest in research, innovation, and applying AI to education or institutional processes is an advantage.
