Senior Executive Purchase

Role Description
As Senior Executive Purchase, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your primary goal will be to source quality products at competitive prices while maintaining excellent supplier relationships and optimizing overall procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers and evaluate their reliability, quality, and pricing.
•Collaborate with clients to understand procurement requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
•Request and analyse quotations, and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with manufacturers.
•Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
•Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
•Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders based on demand forecasts.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
•Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
•Diploma/B.tech - Electrical, Instrumentation.
•Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
•Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
