Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month, based on experience
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can build engaging brand stories and turn everyday business ideas into content people actually want to watch, save, share and talk about.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
Create content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Write Reel scripts, captions, hooks, carousel copy, ad copy and campaign concepts.
Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots.
Create short-form content and confidently participate in content production when required.
Manage posting, scheduling and day-to-day social media activities.
Research trends, competitors, audiences and emerging content formats.
Develop storytelling-led content instead of repetitive promotional posts.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and digital marketers.
Track reach, engagement, followers, saves, shares, enquiries and content performance.
Engage with comments/messages and support online community management.
Experiment with AI-assisted content creation and AI video workflows.
Develop content tailored to different industries and customer segments.
Qualification & Skills Required:
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and current social media trends.
Ability to write natural, conversational and engaging content.
Basic knowledge of Canva and mobile video-editing tools is preferred.
Comfortable coordinating or participating in shoots.
Good understanding of social media analytics.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and content calendars.
Agency experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of AI content tools is an added advantage.
