Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for lateral, campus and niche hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates.
Support salary negotiation and offer rollout.
Coordinate pre-onboarding documentation, background verification and joining formalities.
Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring requirements.
Ensure recruitment activities follow defined processes and compliance requirements.
