🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Project Manager – Digital / Web Solutions
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days
Experience: 12+ Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end website development and support projects
• Manage project planning, timelines, resources, and delivery
• Work closely with IT, Marketing & Communications teams and external vendors
• Manage CMS-based platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, AEM, or similar
• Ensure website performance, security, UX and SEO best practices
• Drive digital platform improvements and integrations
• Manage stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery
🔹 Required Skills
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Project Management experience in Web/Digital projects
• Hands-on understanding of CMS platforms
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and APIs
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Zoho
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO and campaign tracking
• Understanding of SharePoint Online
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Understanding of IT security controls and IT Development & Support Lifecycle
Preferred: Experience in Pharma, Healthcare or other regulated industries; knowledge of DAM, personalization/A-B testing tools, and PMP/Scrum/Agile certification.
