Role Description The Morocco Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a contract, remote role focused on establishing and managing a virtual language school under the Lingua Learn brand in Morocco. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local operations, coordinating online language programs, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Lingua Learn products and services. The franchise partner will conduct market research, develop local marketing strategies, and build relationships with individual learners and corporate clients. The role also involves recruiting and supporting language trainers, monitoring learner satisfaction, and implementing company standards and processes. Ongoing collaboration with Lingua Learn’s central team is expected to align local activities with global franchise guidelines, training, and support.
